Things to Do

San Sebastian is voted the 2016 European cultural and culinary capital. It has the most Michelin-starred restaurants per density than any city in the world. Food is amazing (both in taste and value), history is rich, and people are beyond nice! Best yet, it's only one hour drive from Bilbao, one hour drive to Biarritz, France, a top world surfing destination, and two hour drive to Rioja, the well known Spanish wine region. We hope you will enjoy San Sebastian as much as we do!
Of course, the #1 reason is the celerbation of a special wedding with close family and friends.

Flights

Major carriers all have international flight to Madrid and Barcelona in Spain. You may also explore flying into other nearly cities such as Paris and London. From these major European cities, there are daily non-stop flights to San Sebastian and Bilbao International Airports, which are two closest airports to the wedding venue. Our experience is that you may have to fly into Bilbao, and then rent a car for an approximate 60-75 minute drive to San Sebastian. Depending on the number of guests arriving in Bilbao on certain days, we may arrange a shuttle/bus. Stay tuned.
